Put your character in my hands to create a piece of art in an experimental style._{*Quality will directly reflect the amount you choose to pay. I will put approximately 45 minutes into a minimum spend Mo. *}

Under these Terms of Service, Product refers to a digital artwork or character design, Artist refers to Miss-Mazzira, who will complete the commission, and Client refers to the commissioner.1. The Client must be 18 years old or older.2. All correspondence between Client and artist will be documented and can be used in case of misdemeanors.3.1 Refunds will not be given except in the following circumstances:
3.1.1 Client has not received the final digital product within the chargeback period(6 months) and Artist has not made the Client aware of significant delays in producing the final digital product.
3.1.2 The Artist is unable to complete the final product.
3.1.3 Client no longer wishes to receive the product, so long Artist has not begun work on the product.
3.2 Should the Client desire a refund, they will contact the Artist directly via the email listed on this invoice, Discord messages, or via DeviantArt notes and give reasoning for the refund(see 3.1). Any other refund requests will be considered fraudulent.4. Any digital products received by the Client must not be reproduced for commercial use.5.1 The Client may make minor edits and reproductions to the product for personal use only.
5.2 Minor edits only includes the following:
5.2.1 Resizing
5.2.2 Cropping, so long as Artist's watermark and/or signature are still visible.
5.2.3 Colour filters5.3 Reproductions may only include the following:
5.3.1 Reposting with credit to the Artist on Toyhouse, roleplay boards, etc. This excludes reposting to Deviantart.
5.3.2 Sharing with credit the final product for noncommercial uses via messenging services such as Discord, Skype, etc.
5.3.3 Physical reproductions for noncommercial use.6. The Client must contact the Artist if they wish to reproduce the received product for commercial use.7. The Artist retains the right to display product on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the product is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client.8. The Artist retains all the rights to the product, including the right to edit, and create commercial and noncommercial reproductions both digitally and physically.9.1 The Client may not resell the product beyond the original price. This includes:
9.1.1 Commissioned artwork
9.1.2 Commissioned character designs
9.1.3 Pre-made character designs (adoptables)9.2 The client may request repricing from the Artist for character designs(both commissioned and pre-made) in the case of:
9.2.1 Additional art purchased from both the Artist and other creators
9.2.2 Pricing changes by the Artist
9.3 All requests for repricing must be made through Discord, DeviantArt, or to the Artist's email.10. All payments will be made through PayPal, via a invoice containing the above terms and conditions.11. The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.
